Accommodations - 4 Bedrooms and 3 Baths, The Tides comfortably sleeps 6 adults. Maximum occupancy is 10. There are beds for 9 plus two Pull Out Couches. The house has high speed Internet, 3 TVs, 2 Fireplaces and much more. Linens are provided at the home for your convenience. There is a wonderful binder at the house full of local activities and “insider” information.

The Views - Simply spectacular. Anywhere in the back or side yards you have incredible views of the harbor, Southern Island and the Atlantic Ocean. The same goes on our multi-level decks, absolutely breathtaking. From the inside, all of the rooms on the back of the house have views including the best from the 3rd floor master bedroom we call the “Captains Quarters”. The Grounds - Parking is limited to 2 vehicles! Our yard is beautifully manicured by our gardener with lush grass, flowers, plants and foliage. Our backyard is huge with plenty of area for the kids to play. There is a grill, picnic tables and Adirondack chairs for the yard. There is a 3 level deck on the back of the house with a circular stairway and comfortable porch furniture. We have walking water access at the far end of the backyard.
